Step into an evening of mindful movement, botanical ritual, and artistic expression. This Elevated Yoga + Paint event is a unique fusion of wellness and creativity, designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and flow—on the mat and on the canvas.

• A gentle, all-levels yin yoga session focused on grounding and heart-opening
• Herbal aromatherapy and intention-setting with guided breathwork
• Watercolor painting session (no experience needed!) inspired by the evening’s theme
